How to Use Swift-Lite Charcoal Tablets
 

Place sand in the bottom of a heat-resistant bowl (e.g. a terra cotta pot).
Light the edge of the charcoal disk with a match.  It will spark and get hot.
Place the charcoal disk in the bowl.  When charcoal begins to glow, put resin
incense on top.  This method of burning releases the incense's full aroma and benefit.
